AQUARIUS ENTERPRISES, INC. does not transfer title to the Software to anyone downloading this software. Ownership of the medium on which the Software is recorded in no way affects FUTUREPETS.COM, INC's. full and complete title in and to the Software, and all intellectual property rights therein. CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENTS AND/OR OTHER SUBMISSIONS AQUARIUS ENTERPRISES, INC. is pleased to hear from its customers and advertisers. It welcomes your comments regarding any products sold on this site, and any of its online services. It is the policy of AQUARIUS ENTERPRISES, INC.'s to be responsive to the interest and needs of its customers and encourages the expression of such information through the Friends of the Family Form, e mail, its various order forms, and direct contact with the company via its toll free telephone number. It is Company policy to respect the privacy of all customers and site visitors. Therefore, in addition to the privacy of Friends and Family data, we will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a customer or visitor's e-mail* unless required in the course of normal maintenance of AQUARIUS ENTERPRISES, INC. and its systems, or unless required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) comply with the law or comply with legal process served on AQUARIUS ENTERPRISES, INC.; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of AQUARIUS ENTERPRISES, INC.; or (3) act in an emergency to protect the personal safety of our customers, visitors, or the public. Customers and visitors shall remain solely responsible for the content of their messages. In addition, you warrant that all so-called moral rights in those materials have been waived. * PRIVACY ISSUES Our policy of respect for our clients' privacy requires us to be very careful with personal information collected during the ordering or communicating process. You can be assured that AQUARIUS ENTERPRISES, INC. does not sell, rent, or otherwise give access to your personal information to any other company or individual and that Pet Expo/Futurepets collects no personal information except when you specifically and knowingly provide that information. AQUARIUS ENTERPRISES, INC. does, from time to time, collect certain technical information which is not specific to any individual person and does not allow us to identify any individuals ie: information about your browser or other technical details about your viewing capabilities which would allow us to improve the Pet Expo/Futurepets web site and its presentation to all viewers. AQUARIUS ENTERPRISES, INC. occasionally publishes (in an anonymous fashion) comments contained in communications from our customers to Pet Expo/Futurepets. Additionally, Pet Expo/Futurepets customers will be given an opportunity to participate in e-mail promotional offers sent to their recorded e-mail address unless said customers shall opt out of e-mail campaigns by unsubscribing. See: Mailing List From time to time, Pet Expo/Futurepets customers will be given an opportunity to participate in surveys designed to solicit client opinions about our service, our products, or their desires for the direction of the Pet Expo/Futurepets site. These surveys are voluntary and no personal information is disseminated in any fashion. Pet Expo's/Futurepets' order cart is hosted on a secure server which encrypts all client personal information. Any personal information provided is used to process your orders or provide you with a more expedient or more personalized shopping experience only. JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES Unless otherwise specified, the materials in the site are presented solely for the purpose of promoting products available in the United States and its territories, possessions, and protectorates.
