Oxygenating fountain helps to stimulate the natural bio-degradation of organic waste, such as grass clippings, leaves and run-off, and pollutants. Oxygen is circulated and absorbed into the water, thereby increasing aerobic decomposition of sunken organic matter. Aeration can help eliminate spring & fall turnover and helps to promote greater densities of fish.

Weatherproof Plug-and-play Control Box
The 3400VFX includes a weatherproof, GFCI-protected control box. The C-25, 120V control has a 24-hour mechanical timer for automatic scheduling hours of operation and a photoelectric controlled outlet for optional Lighting Packages. When it is dark the photo eye activates the lights if the fountain is on. The C-25 is a plug-and-go model control box that is customer installable for quick and easy set-up. No hard wiring is necessary. No electrician is required to install the C-25 Control if an existing 120V, 15 amp receptacle is available. The GFCI, 15 amp circuit is designed to protect you and your equipment.

Easy To Add Optional Light Kits
Add optional WaterGlow 11W LED Fountain Lighting to the fountain to extend its beauty into the nighttime hours. Lighting enlivens the water display, turning water drops into glimmering jewels of light while providing a resort-like appearance to the water feature. It includes 3 or 6 LED lights that run on 60Hz power and are 11 watt fixtures. They come standard with classic white and include amber, blue, green and red lenses. The lighting kit's transformer is integrated into the system, so there's no extra wiring required. Simply plug it into the C-25 control panel that is included with your Fountain Kit, and the lights will operate whenever the unit operates during darkness.

WINTER STORAGE: In regions where there is significant freezing in the wintertime, the fountains shouldbe removed from the water to protect them from the expansion pressure of the ice. In many areas, fountainswill keep some amount of ice open through the winter. However, when the water is thrust into the air, it isexposed to the colder air temperatures longer and can actually make ice thicker on the pond/lake. Storageover winter is best in a location that is out of the sun and cool, but above 32OF. It is not necessary to storeKasco motors upside down. All internal seals are fully lubricated while stored in an upright position.
