Return Merchandise Authorization Form & Instructions
At Futurepets, we carefully select merchandise with
which we know our customers will be pleased. But, if upon viewing the
merchandise, a product
does not meet with your satisfaction, simply print the customer service form
below, complete it, and return it within 30 days along with your package according to the
return policies published on our order / return information page.
Please call the service center for a Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions for where to ship the item (particularly large cages, gates, tables or kennels) as some ship from and must be returned directly to the manufacturer's shipping center instead of our own warehouse. 1-512-292-4738 M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Your credit card will be credited for any refund due you in approximately 14
days after the receipt of the merchandise. If you are requesting a replacement,
you can expect it to be shipped within 3-5 days after your return is received.
Items listed as BACKORDERED on your receipt have NOT been charged. They will be charged at time of shipping.
Items listed as OUT OF STOCK have NOT been charged and must be re-ordered by our customer at a later date. We apologize for any inconveniences these might cause. DEFECTIVE merchandise will be replaced
with identical product.
FuturePets CANNOT take returns on special orders, personalized
items, books, videos, or CD's. Electric or Hydraulic Grooming tables, Dog Boxes, Modular Kennels cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship in which case we will replace with an identical product.
